平艾合剂Ⅰ号治疗气阴两虚、肺肾不足型HIV感染20例疗效观察

Observation of clinical effect of Ping Ai Granule Ⅰ treatment HIV infection in 20 cases

目的:观察平艾合剂Ⅰ号治疗HIV感染者的临床疗效。方法:采用治疗前后自身对照的实验方法,选取2010年8月—11月在伊宁县中医院,接受中医药关怀治疗的20例HIV感染者,给予中药治疗,疗程3个月,并进行单项症状积分、临床症状总积分、卡洛夫斯基积分及CD4+细胞计数变化的疗效分析。结果:①与治疗前比较,患者乏力、自汗、纳呆、腹胀、肌肉痛、体质量明显改善,临床症状总积分较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②与治疗前比较,患者生活质量明显提高,卡洛夫斯基积分较治疗前上升(P=0.05);③与治疗前比较,患者CD4+T淋巴细胞计数有所升高,但差异无统计学意义。结论:平艾合剂Ⅰ号对改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量有一定疗效。

Obiective： To observe the clinical effect of Ping Ai Granules to treat HIV infections. Methods： 20 cases of HIV infections were collected from Aug 2010 to Nov 2010 in Yining, compare their single symptom scores, the clinical symptoms total scores, Kanosiky integral calculus and CD4 cell count changes, before and after the treatment at 12weeks. Results： （1）Compared with before treatment, patients weight were gain, fatigue, spontaneous sweating, abdominal distension symptoms were improved obviously, appetite stay, muscle aches, symptoms were improved. Clinical symptoms total score earlier decline, difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; （2）Compared with before treatment, patients survival quality were improved obviously, Kanosiky integral calculus earlier rise, difference was statistically significant（P=0.05）; （3）Compared with before treatment, patients CD4＋ cell count have increased, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion： Ping Ai Granules had the function to improve the patients symptom and living quality.
