血府逐瘀汤加减配合功能锻炼治疗中风后遗症临床观察

Clinical observation on treating stroke sequelae by addition or subtraction of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction with functional exercise

目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤配合功能锻炼治疗中风后遗症的临床效果。方法:将160例脑中风后遗症患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各80例。对照组予以常规治疗与护理工作;观察组予以血府逐瘀汤加减配合功能锻炼治疗。治疗前后进行功能评价,随访1年观察脑中风有无复发。结果:功能锻炼6个月后,两组患者肢体运动、语言等功能均有程度不等的恢复,巴氏指数量表(BI)、生存质量评定(QOL)改善,观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为95.00%、78.75%,1年复发率为6.85%、12.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:血府逐瘀汤加减配合系统的功能康复锻炼可以有效促进脑中风后遗症患者肢体功能、语言、心智功能的恢复,改善日常生活能力和提高生活质量,降低复发率,对脑中风后遗症患者的康复具有积极而重要的作用。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of treating stroke sequelae by addition or subtraction of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction with functional exercise. Methods： 160 cases with stroke sequelae were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 80 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given routine treatment and nursing, and patients in observation group were given addition or subtraction of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction with functional exercise. Functional evaluations were conducted before and after treatment, follow-up for 1 year to note recurrence. Results： Limb movements, language, BI, QOL and other function had some recovery in 2 groups 6 months later after functional exercise. Total efficiency of observation group and control group were 95.00%, 78.75%, and 1 year recurrence rate were 6.85%, 12.00% respectively, and there were significant differences between 2 groups （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： It can effectively promote apoplexy sequela patients＇ limb function, language and mental function recovery by addition or subtraction of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction with functional exercise, also can improve patients＇ life quality, and reduce the relapse rate, so it has positive and important effect on patients＇ recovery.
