灵脾宣痹强督汤治疗强直性脊柱炎276例报告

Clinical report of treating ankylosing spondylitis with Lingpi Xuanbi Qiangdu Decoction on 276 cases

目的:验证并探讨灵脾宣痹强督汤治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:对276例强直性脊柱炎患者进行灵脾宣痹强督汤内服,配合中药熏蒸、针灸理疗。以1个月为1个疗程,观察其疗效并进行分析。结果:经过平均157d的治疗,总有效率为97.12%。经6个月以上随访,病情稳定者占90.95%。结论:灵脾宣痹强督汤是治疗强直性脊柱炎行之有效的方法。

Objective： Toverify and explore the clinical effect of Lingpi Xuanbi Qiangdu Decoction in treatingankylosing spondylitis. Methods： Treating 276 cases ofankylosing spondylitis with oral administration of Lingpi Xuanbi Qiangdu Decoction, combined fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine and physiotherapy of acupuncture. After a month as one course of treatment, evaluated andanalyzed the efficacy. Results： After an average of 157 days＇ treatment, the total effective rate was 97.12%. Through more than 6 months＇ follow-up, accounting for 90.95% wasin stable condition. Conclusion： Oral administration ofLingpi Xuanbi Qiangdu Decoction is an effective method in treatingankylosing spondylitis.
