吉林省农民合作经济组织产业分布差异及发展对策分析

On Industry Distribution Differences of Farmers Cooperative Economic Organizations in Jilin Province and Development Countermeasures

农民合作经济组织在农业产业间的分布是有差异的。吉林省的农民合作经济组织主要分布在果蔬产业及畜牧业,其原因是其产业化程度较高、市场风险较大等特点从有限理性、机会主义和资产专用性等方面决定了其交易费用高于其他产业,从而导致了农民合作经济组织的产业分布差异。因此,由于合作组织的产业分布差异是内生的,这就需要从推动农民合作经济组织由数量发展向质量发展转变;提高合作组织发展后进产业的产业化和市场化水平;严格监控农资市场,把关农资质量,激发农户入社的内生力;扶持粮食储藏等产后方面的合作组织的发展以及加强对资金互助类合作组织的资金供给方面的扶持等加以引导与调整。

Farmers cooperative economic organizations are distributed differently in agriculture industries.These organizations in Jilin Province are mainly distributed in fruit and vegetable industry and animal husbandry mainly because the higher degree of industrialization and market risk have determined higher transaction costs than other industries in terms of bounded rationality,opportunism and asset specificity,which results in different industry distribution.Therefore,endogenous differences of industry distribution of cooperative organizations require change of these organizations from quantitative development to qualitative development,promoting the level of industrialization and marketization of backward industries inside the organizations,strictly monitoring agricultural markets,controlling agricultural materials quality,stimulating farmers＇ endogenous power to join the organization,supporting the development of post-production cooperation organizations such as in grain storage and finally guiding and adjusting support to the supply of funds for fund mutual aid cooperation organizations.
