B6. MRL-Fas^(lpr)/J狼疮小鼠脾脏组织中Th17细胞比例及其与病情的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨Th17细胞在系统性红斑狼疮发生、发展中的作用。方法观察组为B6.MRL-Faslpr/J(简称B6.Fas)狼疮小鼠9只,对照组为雌性C57BL/6J小鼠6只。采用流式细胞术检测两组脾脏组织匀浆中的Th17细胞比例;采用ELISA法检测血清IL-17A、ANA及dsDNA抗体水平,磺基水杨酸—硫酸钠比浊法检测小鼠24 h尿蛋白量;分析观察组各指标间的相关性。结果观察组Th17细胞比例、IL-17A、ANA、dsDNA抗体水平及24 h尿蛋白量均明显高于对照组,P均<0.05;观察组脾脏Th17细胞比例与血清IL-17A、ds-DNA抗体及24 h尿蛋白量呈正相关,与血清中ANA无明显相关性;IL-17A水平与血清中ds-DNA及24 h尿蛋白量呈正相关,与血清ANA无明显相关性。结论 Th17细胞可能与狼疮的发病及病情活动、肾脏损害有一定相关性。
