输卵管积水患者窗口期子宫内膜Glycodelin表达及临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨输卵管积水对胚胎着床的影响及可能机制。方法选取23例输卵管积水的不孕症者(观察组),均行腹腔镜输卵管根部离断术;另选15例无输卵管积水的不孕症患者作为对照组。分别采用RT-PCR法及免疫组化SP法检测各组子宫内膜中Glycodelin mRNA及蛋白表达情况。结果观察组术前窗口期子宫内膜Glycode-lin mRNA及蛋白表达明显低于术后及对照组,P均<0.05。结论输卵管积水的不孕症患者窗口期子宫内膜Gly-codelin表达明显降低,此可能与患者子宫内膜容受性差有关,输卵管积水是影响胚胎着床的原因之一。
