It introduced the applied state of scientific research achievements of nursing staff in abroad and at home, and analyzed the influencing factors of ap- plication of scientific research achievements of nursing staff, and pointed out that a systematic multi -intervention strategy should be made according to spe- cific circumstances, so as to promote the application of scientific research a- chievements in nursing practice.
