摘要
目的:探讨胸部创伤引起纵隔气肿的常见原因和治疗方法。方法:回顾分析2009年1月—2011年2月诊治28例创伤性纵隔气肿患者的临床资料。结果:28例纵隔气肿患者均恢复良好。在出院后的门诊随访中,无再发气胸病例。结论:颈、胸部皮下气肿和影像学检查是诊断创伤性纵隔气肿的主要依据,早期诊断、早期治疗并且根据病情采用个性化治疗,可以提高患者的救治成功率。
Objective：To study the common causes and therapeutic methods of traumatic pneumomediastinum.Methods：The clinical data of 28 patients with traumatic pneumomediastinum hospitalized between January 2009 and February 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results： All of the 28 patients with pneumomediastinum due to thoracic trauma recovered.Conclusions： Subcutaneous emphysema in cervicothoracic region and imaging study are the main basis for diagnosing traumatic pneumomedia-stinum.Early diagnosis,early treatment,as well as personalised treatment can improve the cure rate of pneumomediastinum.
