用微生物检测法检出产生T-2毒素的毒性镰刀菌株的研究

摘要 本文介绍了利用微生物检测法,采用Saccharomyces lactisBKMY_(459)菌株,研究小麦上分离出来的23株镰刀菌产生T-2毒素能力的情况。对3株产毒能力最强的菌株进行了在粮食中的产毒试验,结果证明产生了大量的T-2毒素,并能引起幼龄大白鼠死亡。 This paper presents a microbial detection method in which Saccha?onyceslactis was used to study the T-2 toxin producing ability from 23 strains offusarium isolated from wheat. The toxicity of fusarium culture was tested as first step by filter paper.Nine of the twenty three strains were proved to produce T-2 toxin. Then theT-2 toxin produced by six toxin-producing strains was tested quantitatively bymicrobial method on Czapek a ar medium. The least detectable amount of thismethod was 20~50ng.At last, three strains which produced the greatest amountof toxin were cultured in grain. Results showed the T-2 toxin produced bythe three strains could cause death of young mice.
