我国的建筑行业,正处在从传统建筑业向现代化建筑业的转型期,尤其是信息时代的来临,更是给建筑这一古老的行业注入了新的活力。目前,国内外都把实现工程项目的科学管理作为改革建筑产业,降低工程运作成本,提高行业工作效率的主要突破口。而信息化则是实现科学管理的重要途径。借鉴国外先进软件经验,深入研究符合我国实情的工程项目管理软件,对建筑行业信息化建设具有十分重要的意义。

China＇s domestic construction industry is under transforming from a traditional industry to a modem one. At present, scientific approach ofproject management is considered as a major breakthrough at home and abroad as a way to improve the construction industry, reduce project operation cost while enhancing work efficiency. Informatization serves as a critical way to achieve scientific management. It is of important significance to the development of the construction industry Informatization to use advanced domestic and international software experiences for reference and study intensively project management software in line with China＇s reality.
