摘要 CCD(Charge Coupled DeviCe)越来越广泛被应用于工业、军事、民用等行业,采用CCD数据采集卡,和微机相结合,对被测图像信号进行快速采样、存储及数据处理。本实验系统研究主要从5个实验的研究,其中讲述了线阵CCD的特性测量的基本原理、线阵CCD的输出信号的二值化测量的原理及方法、线阵CCD的A/D数据采集、及成像系统的研究、线阵CCD对物体的尺寸的基本测量、对角度的测量等基础知识。最后通过总结性的研究线阵CCD的A/D数据采集程序的方法。 CCD (Charge Coupled Device) becomes more widely applied to industrial, military, civilian industry, the use of CCD data acquisition card, and computer combined image of the measured signal for rapid sampling, storage and data processing. Study the experimental system from five experimental studies, which described the characteristics of linear CCD the basic principles of measurement, linear CCD output signal of the binary measurement principle and method, linear CCD A/D data acquisition , and the study of imaging systems, line array CCD size of the object's basic measurement, angle measurement based on knowledge. Finally, summary of research by linear CCD A / D data collection procedures.
