本文对正常人和184例面瘫病人进行神经兴奋性及各面肌运动点阈值测定,得出左右侧阈值差值的正常范围。并行去神经程度判断、去神经程度与麻痹程度和预后相一致。

The nerve excitement and the motor point threshold of various facial muscles in normal Chinese and 184 ratients with facial palsy are measured with the normal value of the threshold difference of right and left sides. By judging the severity of denervation the authors conclude that the palsy is much severer with the severity of denervation and the prognosis is much worse. The dener- vation period and its progress can be divided into three types.
