摘要
利用了一套有激光检测系统的实验设备,采用动态法测定了乌洛托品在甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇及正戊醇溶剂中,温度范围为278~334 K间的溶解度,并分别应用Apelblat方程、λh方程和Wilson方程对实验数据进行了关联。结果表明乌洛托品在6种实验溶剂中的溶解度都随温度的升高而增大,在甲醇中溶解度最大,拟合值与实验值的相对误差均在3%之内;Apelblat方程的关联效果最好。
The solubilities of hexamethylenetetramine in methanol,ethanol,1-propanol,2-propanol,1-butanol,1-pentanol between 278 and 334K have been measured with a laser monitoring observation apparatus using the dynamic method.The experimental data were correlated with models based on the Apelblat equation,the λh equation and the Wilson equation.It was found that the Apelblat equation gave the best fit with the experimental data.The deviations between experimental and calculated data were less than 3%.It was found that the solubility increases with increasing temperature and the solubility is largest in methanol.
