摘要
目的研究整合子在铜绿假单胞菌临床分离株中的分布及耐药性情况。方法用PCR法检测铜绿假单胞菌中I类整合子基因,对整合酶阳性菌株与铜绿假单胞菌PU21行转移接合实验,采用琼脂对倍稀释法分析整合酶阳性菌株及接合转移成功菌株的药敏情况。结果 57株铜绿假单胞菌经PCR法30株检测含有I类整合酶,药敏结果显示I类整合子阳性菌株较阴性菌株耐药率明显升高,I类整合子阳性菌株21株转接成功,转移接合子与I类整合子阳性菌株比较,对亚胺培南、复方新诺明和环丙沙星的耐药性有所降低。结论铜绿假单胞菌中有I类整合子的分布,I类整合子阳性菌株及转移接合子较阴性菌株对多种抗生素更易产生耐药。
Objective To investigate the drug - resistance and dissemination of class I integrens carried by pseudomonas aerug- inosa clinical isolates. Methods 57 isolates clinical PA were candidates for polymerase chain reaction class 1 integrons,integrons positive isolates PA and PU21 was performed with conjugation experiments to transfer resistance plasmid,and then the sensitivity of antibiotics test of integrons positive isolates PA and trans - conjugated were detected with Bengal gelatine two - fold dilution method. Results Total 57 strains,30 strains of isolated PA were found containing class I integrons,the antibiotic resistance rate of integrons positive PA were higher than integrons negative strains. 21 class I integrons isolates were successfully conjugated isolated PA with PU 21. Comparing with the integrons positive PA, drug tolerance of transconjugants were lower with imipenem, SMZ - TMP and ciprofloxacin. Conclusion Class I integrons is detected widespread in PA clinical isolates,the antibiotic resistance rate of the integrons negative PA are lower than that of the integrons positive isolated PA and trans - conjugated revealed by susceptibility test.
