控制性促排卵前后外周血白细胞变化对妊娠结局的影响

摘要 目的探讨控制性促排卵(COH)前后外周血白细胞(WBC)变化对妊娠结局的影响。方法选择拟行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的患者136例,于COH前、HCG日检测外周血WBC浓度,分析WBC变化与妊娠结局的关系。结果妊娠组COH前(t=2.049,P=0.043)和HCG日(t=2.168,P=0.038)的WBC浓度均高于未妊娠组,HCG日外周血WBC浓度较COH前有明显增高(t=10.922,P=0.000),HCG日雌激素与COH后WBC浓度差值呈显著正相关(r=0.199,P=0.021)。结论在COH过程中,血雌激素升高的同时外周血WBC浓度也适度的升高将有利于胚胎的着床。 Objective To discuss the influence of pregnancy by concentration of white blood cell(WBC)in controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH).Methods 136 patients with pregnant by in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)were included in the study,and checked the WBC before COH and day of HCG.,and then analyzed the relationship between pregnancy outcome and WBC.Results There were significant higher concentration of WBC before COH(t=2.049,P=0.043)or day of HCG(t=2.168,P=0.038)in group of pregnancy than that in group of nor pregnancy,and it was obvious that WBC of day HCG increased than the WBC before COH(t=10.922,P=0.000).There were positive correlation between estrogen of day of HCG and the difference of before and after COH(r=0.199,P=0.021).Conclusion It is advantageous to embryo implantation when concentration of WBC increased appropriately with elevated estrogen in COH.
