摘要
文章从一起柴油机汽缸活塞环异常磨损的案例入手,分析了故障不能解决的真正原因,揭示了柴油机故障分析处理中存在的"头痛医头、脚痛医脚"做法所带来的危害,总结了经验和教训,对做好柴油机故障处理有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper starts from a case of the abnormal wear of diesel engine piston rings, analyzes the real cause of the repeated fault that can not be solved, reveals the harm brought by the stop-gap measures that exist in the fault analysis and treatment of diesel engine, and summarizes the lessons and inspirations, which offer some reference for the diesel engines troubleshooting.
