摘要
以不同地域来源的56个小麦及其近缘种为材料,采用PCR扩增技术进行抗旱耐盐基因分子筛选。结果表明:特异引物扩增条带与预期大小一致,且与资料记载相符的事实表明硬粒小麦、斯卑尔托2个材料中具有抗旱耐盐基因,而节节麦中的抗旱耐盐基因可能存在序列缺失导致其扩增产物变小,但缺少的序列可能属于非重要区域而没有影响该基因的功能。
PCR was used to screening the drought and salt tolerant gene among 56 varieties of wheat and its relatives from different places. The result showed that the specific band identifies with the band which was expected in size. And the truth according to relevant data records indicated that the varieties, durum wheat and spelta, had the drought and salt tolerant gene, but the gene in Aegilops tauschii may decrease in size because of the losing of sequence which locateed on the insignificant region and had no influence in its function.
