摘要
以劳动力城乡迁移理论为依托,对我国农村劳动力流动的新趋势进行探讨。分析了30年间我国劳动力迁移影响因素的变化,对劳动力城乡迁移的6种途径进行分析,以期为我国农村劳动力流动过程中的管理及政策制定提供参考。
The new trend of labor migration based on theory of rural labor flow in China was discussed. The paper analysed the changes of factors which affected the labor migration in the recent 30 years, 6 kinds of ways to rural-urban migration were also discussed in order to offer reference on the process of management and policy.
