重视脊神经根卡压综合征的诊断与微创治疗 被引量：4

摘要 脊神经根卡压综合征（spinal nerve root entrap-ment syndrome）的概念最先由Arnoldi等[1]在1976年提出,用于涵盖一系列主要表现为神经根性症状的脊柱疾患。这在早期影像学检查手段缺乏、只能根据临床症状及体征判断出脊神经根被压迫进行诊断和决定手术治疗中起到积极的作用。
