摘要
目的:建立虎耳草药材的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:虎耳草药材经超声提取后,以氯仿:甲醇:甲酸=5∶1∶0.2(体积比)为展开系统,对虎耳草药材中没食子酸作定性鉴别。结果:采用此法检测,斑点清晰,分离效果好。结论:建立了一种快速、有效的虎耳草药材薄层色谱鉴别方法。
Objective: To establish a TLC method for quality of Saxifraga stolonifera (L) Meerb. Meth- od: gallic acid was identified in TLC chromatogram by using the mixed solvent chloroform-methanol- formic acid ( 5: 1 : 0.2 ) ( volume ratio) as the system after being ultrasonic extraction with methanol of Saxifraga stolonifera (L) Meerb. Results: the spots was clear and the separation was good with the simple method. Conclusion: the method was found to be rapid and effective.
