虎耳草的薄层色谱研究

Study on the TLC of Saxifraga stolonifera(L) Meerb.

目的:建立虎耳草药材的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:虎耳草药材经超声提取后,以氯仿:甲醇:甲酸=5∶1∶0.2(体积比)为展开系统,对虎耳草药材中没食子酸作定性鉴别。结果:采用此法检测,斑点清晰,分离效果好。结论:建立了一种快速、有效的虎耳草药材薄层色谱鉴别方法。

Objective： To establish a TLC method for quality of Saxifraga stolonifera （L） Meerb. Meth- od： gallic acid was identified in TLC chromatogram by using the mixed solvent chloroform-methanol- formic acid （ 5： 1 ： 0.2 ） （ volume ratio） as the system after being ultrasonic extraction with methanol of Saxifraga stolonifera （L） Meerb. Results： the spots was clear and the separation was good with the simple method. Conclusion： the method was found to be rapid and effective.
