山东汉族成人围度值及其年龄变化

Circumference and its variation with age of Shandong Han nationality adults

对778例山东汉族成人(城市男性156例、女性150例,乡村男性272例、女性270例)进行了12项身体围度测量,比较了城乡间的差异.运用聚类分析和主成分分析比较了山东汉族与国内的18个族群的差异.分析了不同年龄组围度值的变化情况.结果如下:(1)城市男性围度的均数均高于城市女性;乡村男性围度的均数除臀围和大腿围略低于乡村女性外,其它均高于乡村女性.(2)城乡男性头围、颈围、胸围、吸气胸围、呼气胸围、腹围、臀围、大腿围和小腿围值的差异有统计学意义:城乡女性腹围、小腿围、上臂围和前臂围值的差异有统计学意义.(3)与我国18个族群比较,山东汉族各项围度值都偏大.(4)聚类分析和主成分结果显示,山东汉族与锡伯族等北方人群较为接近.(5)头围在各年龄组中的变化范围不大,躯干围度变化趋势一致,四肢围度变化趋势基本一致.躯干围度年龄组间的绝对变化值高于四肢围度.

12 girth items of 778 adults of Shandong Han nationality（156 urban males,150 urban females,272 rural males,270 rural females） were measured using standard measurement methods.The differences of these circumferences between urban and rural were compared.These items of Shandong Han were compared with other 18 Chinese nationalities using cluster analysis and principal component analysis.The changes of circumference value with age were analyzed.The results were as follows：（1） The circumference values of urban males were higher than those of urban females.The circumference values of rural males were higher than those of rural females except hip circumference and girth of thigh.（2） There were very significant differences between urban and rural males on 9 circumferences,including horizontal head circumference,girth of neck,girth of chest,chest circumference at inspiration,chest circumference at expiration,abdominal circumference,hip circumference,girth of thigh and girth of calf.There were significant differences between urban and rural females on 4 circumferences,including abdominal circumference,girth of calf,maximum biceps circumference and girth of fore-arm.（3） Compared with other 18 nationalities of China,the circumference values of Shandong Han were relatively bigger.（4） Cluster analysis and principal component analysis showed that,Shandong Han was similar with Xibe and some other northern ethnic groups.（5） The horizontal head circumference changed little with age.The trend of changing value of trunk circumference was consistent.The trend of changing value of limb circumference was generally consistent.The absolute changing value of trunk circumference was higher than that of limb circumference.
