摘要 应用离子色谱法测定污水处理厂出水中F–,Cl–,NO2–,SO42–,NO3–离子的含量,利用ICS–2000免试剂淋洗液发生器,通过调节淋洗液的浓度及流速,方便、快速地实现了5种离子的良好分离。同时建立了5种离子的分析方法,该法具有良好的线性、准确性和重现性,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于1%(n=6),5种离子的回收率为97.7%~102.6%。对比了标准曲线法与单点矫正法在分析5种离子上的优缺点。 F^-, CI^-, NO2^-, SO4^2-, NO3^- in effluent of sewage treatment plant were determined by ion chromatography. ICS-2000 reagent-free eluent generator were used, by adjusting the concentration and flow rate of the eluent, it was simple and fast to achieve good separation of the five kinds of ions, while establishing the analytical method which has good linearity, accuracy and reproducibility. The RSD of the measured results were all less than 1.0%(n=6), the recoveries were 97.7%-102.6%. The advantages and disadvantages between the standard curve method and single-point correction method were contrasted in the analysis.
