摘要
目的:观察复苏合剂对急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ALI/AR DS)大鼠肺重量及肺组织病理形态的影响。方法:大鼠尾静脉注射脂多糖建立ALI/ARDS模型。36只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为0h、0.5h、2h、4h、6h、12h共6个时段,每组包括复苏合剂组和生理盐水对照组各3只大鼠;除了0h时段的对照组为尾静脉注射生理盐水外,其余大鼠均为尾静脉注射脂多糖造模。除0h时段大鼠造模后不灌药治疗外,其余各时段复苏合剂组予复苏合剂灌胃进行治疗,对照组予生理盐水灌胃。实验结束取整肺,以电子天平称重;再取左肺下叶,进行病理切片。结果:模型组大鼠肺重量较对照组大鼠的肺重量大,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。复苏合剂组药物干预后0.5h、4h、12h大鼠肺重量均较对照组小,2组比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。病理切片:复苏合剂组ALI/ARDS大鼠肺间质水肿情况在4h、12h时段较对照组显著的减轻。结论:复苏合剂对内毒素诱导的ALI/ARDS大鼠有一定减轻肺间质水肿的作用。
A Objective. To observe the effect of Fusu mixture on lung weight of and the pathological morphology of lung tissue in ALI/ARDS rats. Methods: Thirty-six Wistar female rats were equally randomized into six groups according to the medication time point of Oh, 0.5h, 2h, 4h, 6h, 12h. Three rats in Oh group was given only normal saline serving as normal control group, and the other three rats was only given injection of lipopolysaccharide into the rat caudal vein serving as model control groups. Rats in 0.5h, 2h, 4h, 6h groups were injected with LPS to establish the models of ALl/ARDS, and then were given intragastic administration of Fusu mixture or normal saline. At the end of experiment, the lung weight was detected by electronic balance, and pathological section of lower lobe of left lung were prepared for morphological features. Results. The lung weight in the model control group was greater than that in the normal control group, the difference being significant(P 〈 0.05). The lung weight was decreased in 0.5h, 4h and 12h Fusu mixture groups as compared with that in 0.5h, 4h and 12h normal saline groups, the difference being significant (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). The pulmonary interstitial edema in 4h and 12h Fusu mixture groups was milder than that in4h and 12h normal saline groups. Conclusion: Fusu mixture shows certain effect on relieving the pulmonary interstitial edema in ALI/ARDS rats induced by endotoxin.
