法治文明视野下的警察法治研究

Study on Police's Rule of Law from Perspective of Legal Civilization

警察法治是国家法治文明的重要标志。从法治文明视野而言,警察法治研究涉及三个层面的问题:一是理论层面的警察法学研究,二是制度层面的警察法律制度,三是行为层面的警察法治实践。警察法治则是贯穿警察法学研究、警察法律制度和警察法治实践的基本范畴。警察法治研究需要回答三个基本问题:即什么是警察法治?建设什么样的警察法治?怎样建设警察法治?

Police＇ s rule of law is an important symbol of legal civilization in a country, from the wew of legal civilization, police science research involves three aspects： first, the police law in the theoretical level; secondly, the police legal system of system - level; and thirdly, the police law practice of behavioral level. As the Basic con- cept, police＇ s rule of law is throughout the Police Law, the police legal system and police practice of the rule of law. Study on the police＇ s rule of law needs to answer three basic questions ： what is the police＇ s rule of law？ what kind of the police＇ s rule of law is to be constructed？ And how to build the police＇ s rule of law？
