摘要
英国中小学教师岗位设置以满足现实需要为前提,岗位管理权限明晰,岗位职责明确,岗位晋级均以通过专业标准评价为前提。其对我国教师岗位管理改革的启示在于:尽快改革教师编制管理办法,设计差异性的岗位职责和工作内容,建立完善的教师专业标准体系,科学分配教师岗位管理的权限。
Post setting management is the foundation and premise of performance pay reform in our primary and secondary school. The school teacher post management in UK is based on realistic need, with specific admin- istration authority and job description. And teacher promotion is determined by meeting the relevant professional standard. In the reform of our school teacher posts management, we need to reform on schools' authorized size management, work out differentiated posts responsibilities, set up the teacher professional standard system, and assign administration authority scientifically.
