摘要
本文对68例手术切除之新鲜胃癌标本进行了酸性磷酸酶(ACP)组织化学研究。结果提示,ACP阳性之胃癌多具有较强的局部浸润性生长和淋巴结转移的能力。作者认为:胃癌ACP组化染色结果可作为临床预测胃癌浸润生长和淋巴结转移潜能的辅助酶学指标。
The activity of acid phosphatase (ACP) in 68 cases of fresh surgical speci-mens with gastric cancer were studied histochemically. The results showed thatthe activity of ACP are closely related to some patho-biological behaviours ofgastric cancer. The gastric cancers with high activity of ACP have stronginfiltrating ability and intense metastatic ability to lymph nodes. Authorsconsidered that the result of ACP histochemical stain can be used to foretell thepotential tend to infiltrate at primary cancerious focus and to develop metastaticcancer in lymph nodes. In addition, the role of ACP in infiltration and meta-stasis of gastric cancer was discussed primarily.
