462例围产儿死亡分析

Analysis of 462 Cases of Perinatal Death

本文结合尸体解剖分析工980～1987年围产儿死亡原因,死亡率为24.53‰(462/18837),尸检率21.2％(98/462),围产儿死亡原因依次为低氧,肺部疾患,早产,颅内出血,先天畸形。围产儿死亡原因的正确分析有赖于大力提倡尸检。

Four hundred and sixty two cascs of perinata 1 death in our hospital during the period 1980-1987 are reported; they accounted for 24.5‰ of 18837 cases of labor abmitted in same period. The results showed that the postmortem autopsy rate was 21.2% (98/462); the main causes of death in proper order were hypoxia, pulmonary disease, premature, intracranial hemorrhage and congenital malformation. In order to verify correctly the causes of death, the autopsy should be energetically encourage.
