摘要
针对现有透平机械测试系统局限于测试固定对象、组态能力差的缺点,本文提出了面向透平机械的“点点分离”的程序设计方法,设计并实现了可组态的透平机械测试系统。该系统可完成各种透平机械的测试任务,支持传感器动态建模和外挂软件模块,已应用于透平机械的出厂测试。本文对测点的描述和配置以及数据库的结构作了仔细的论述。
The method of' node-node separation' and its principal techniques are put forwards, which can be used to solve the reconfiguration problem in the testing system of turbine machinery. With this method a configurable testing system for different kinds of turbine machines is developed. The system can support the sensor's dynamic modeling and linking outer software models, it has been applied to the quality inspection of turbine machinery in the manufacturing factory. In addition, the description and configuration of measuring node as well as the structure of the databases are also discussed in detail in this paper.
