孤束核向疑核投射的光、电镜观察

PROJECTIONS TO THE AMBIGUUS NUCIEUS FROM THE SOLITARY NUCLEUS:A LIGHT AND ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC STUDY IN THE RAT

本实验采用HRP顺、逆行标记法及神经溃变技术,用光、电镜同时观察了大白鼠孤束核向疑核的纤维投射。结果表明:孤束核向疑核有明显的纤维投射,这些纤维与疑核细胞形成Gray’sⅠ型轴-体、轴-树突触。提示疑核及其所在的延髓腹外侧网状结构区可能是某些内脏反射的重要整合中枢。

The projections from the solitary nucleus (NST) to the ambiguus nucleus(AM) were examined in the rat by anterograde and retrograde axonal transportof wheat germ agglutinin-horseradish peroxidase and anterograde degenerationtechnique. The light microscopy results indicate that the NST projects to theAM. An electron-microscopic experiment demonstrates degenerating axosomaticand axodendritic synapses of Gray's I tyre in the AM following electrolyticlesions in the NST. The possible functions of these projections are discussed insplanchnic reflex.
