摘要 提出一种新型的基于信息融合技术的吸收塔浆液液位及泡沫层厚度的测量方法,结合某1000 MW机组的改造过程,介绍了测量原理、仪表安装以及算法实现,并从液位测量及密度梯度等方面进行了现场验证及改善,有效解决了传统测量方法由于环境恶劣、浆液密度分布不均等原因,造成单纯依靠差压式液位计或非接触式液位计都不能得到准确可靠的测量结果的问题。 A novel based on the information fusion technology in the absorption tower slurry liquid and foam layer thickness measurement method is proposes,combining with 1000MW unit transformation process.The measuring principle,instrument installation and algorithm is introduced,and from the measurement of the liquid level and density gradient and other aspects of the site validation and improvement,solve the traditional measurement method due to the bad environment,slurry density distribution is not equal to rely solely on reason,resulting in differential pressure type level gauge or non contact type liquid level meter can be accurate and reliable measurement results of the problem.
