Nowadays,with the escalation of doctor-patient conflicts,both patients and society call for good medical professionalism.Professionalism is a collection of attitudes,values,behavior and relationships.It is often a part of a hidden curriculum instead of a separate program included in the formal curriculum.Attention should be paid to the development and utilization of hidden curriculum during the process of higher medical education.Under subtle influence,medical students＇ ability to identify is improved.Accordingly,it will enable them to not only have excellent professional ability but also have good morality so as to become modern doctors with sound professionalism.
