摘要 当今社会医患矛盾不断升级,患者和社会呼唤良好的医师职业精神。职业精神是一种专业的态度、价值观、行为和关系的集合,不是学校正规课程内的独立课程,而往往是隐性课程的范畴。医学高等教育过程需要重视隐性课程的开发和利用,在潜移默化中,提高医学生的鉴别能力,使他们不仅获得精湛的业务能力,更要有良好的品德修养,努力做具有良好职业精神的现代医生。 Nowadays,with the escalation of doctor-patient conflicts,both patients and society call for good medical professionalism.Professionalism is a collection of attitudes,values,behavior and relationships.It is often a part of a hidden curriculum instead of a separate program included in the formal curriculum.Attention should be paid to the development and utilization of hidden curriculum during the process of higher medical education.Under subtle influence,medical students' ability to identify is improved.Accordingly,it will enable them to not only have excellent professional ability but also have good morality so as to become modern doctors with sound professionalism.
