细胞培养技术已成为医学研究中普遍应用的手段,所以对于医学研究生,在基础学习阶段有必要针对性的开展细胞培养实验课。通过此课程的学习,使研究生基本掌握细胞培养的基本知识和基本操作,为今后的研究打下良好的基础。
Cell culture technology is a common means of medical research.Therefore,it is necessary to offer cell culture experiment course to medical postgraduates at the basic study stage.Through the course,students will master basic knowledge and basic operation skill of cell culture,which lays a good foundation for their future research.
