Li2O·Al2O3·SiO2复相陶瓷的研制

摘要 以石英砂、氧化铝为主要原料,聚乙烯醇(PVA)为粘结剂,掺杂Li2CO3制备了锂辉石陶瓷。通过TG-DSC、XRD、SEM研究了样品的烧结制度、物相组成和显微结构,并测定了样品的体积密度和力学性能。结果表明:Li2CO3含量为10%时,在1 150℃烧结温度下,锂辉石固溶体的晶相含量高,主晶相为Li2O.Al2O.34SiO2,体积密度为2.18 g/cm3,抗压强度为586 MPa,其结构均匀致密且力学性能最优。 Using quartz sand and aluminum oxide as main raw material, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as bind- er, a spodumene ceramic doping with Li2CO3 was prepared. The sintering degree, thermal properties, composition and microstructure of the samples were investigated by TG-DSC, XRD and SEM. The bulk density and mechanical properties were tested. The results show that with a 10% content of Li2CO3 and a sintering temperature at 1150℃, the spodumene solid solution has a high crystal phase content, and the main phase is Li20-A1203.4SIO2, the bulk density is 2.18 g/cm3, and the compressive strength is 586 MPa. The structure of the samples is uniform and dense, and the mechanical property is excellent.
