原始NK细胞淋巴瘤／白血病一例并文献复习

摘要 目的提高对原始NK细胞淋巴瘤／白血病的认识。方法分析一例诊断为原始NK细胞淋巴瘤／白血病患者资料，并进行文献复习。结果结合形态学、免疫组织化学及免疫表型等特点，该病例诊断为原始NK细胞淋巴瘤／白血病。结论原始NK细胞淋巴瘤／白血病是一种少见的血液系统恶性疾病，细胞形态为淋巴细胞特点，常表达CD56、CD4，而缺乏其他B、T及髓系标志，预后差。
