摘要
本文提出一种新的面横裂修复方法——下唇三角瓣法。本法集中了其他手术方法的优点,术后无直线瘢痕,能上提患侧口角,使其恢复正常位置和自然的形态。详述了手术方法和操作要点。
A new procedure of surgical repair of transverse facial cleft was devised. Itpooled advantages of many procedures for surgical repair of the transverse facialcleft both at home and abroad.The use of this procedure in the transverse facialcleft repair causes no straight line cicatricial contraction and can reconstruct thenormal position and the smooth natural appearance of the involved correr ofthe mouth. The technic procedures and performances of the operation are des-cribed and discussed in detail.
