摘要
使用现有的基于“尽可能递送”策略的 TCP/IP网络来传送多媒体实时数据,存在很多问题。这些问题主要包括:延时、数据率、抖动、包丢失等。为解决这些问题,人们设计了一些实时传送的协议,其中最有名的是RTP。RTP是一个轻量级的协议,它为上述问题的解决提供了一些机制,但并没有提出解决的策略。该文提出了一个基于自适应时间窗的 TCP友好的实时传输协议 ATWRTP,对差错控制、流控制及拥塞控制进行了描述,并对性能进行了分析和实验。
When real-time multimedia data are transmitted via 'best efforts'-based TCP/IP network,there are many concerns including delay,rate, jitter and packet lost.To solve these concerns,some real-time transport Protocols have been designed,the most famous one is RTP.RTP is a lightweight protocol,it provides some mechanisms for real-time transmission,but leaves strategy to applications.In this paper,an adaptive time window-based TCP-friendly real-time transport protocol is give forth,and its error control,flow control and congestion control are given,while its performance is analyzed and tested.
