摘要
单用户系统中,操作者通常只有一个人,因此系统只须记下该用户所做操作的先后关系,即可对用户的操作进行恢复。然而,在CSCW系统中,由于对共享空间的操作常常来自不同协作者,必然会产生下述两个问题:1)当前最新操作并不一定是要进行恢复的操作;2)当进行恢复的操作确定后,该操作作用的对象在共享空间中的位置常常由于其他协作者的操作而发生变化,即系统需要对操作对象重新定位。上述问题加大了 CSCW系统实现操作恢复的难度。该文在对CSCW环境下操作的群体性以及如何有效地进行操作恢复等问题进行分析的基础上,提出一种基于多通道的操作恢复机制。实践表明:该机制简化了实现难度,同时提高了系统实用性。
Operation recovery is usually easy in single user system because operator is only one person.However, the operation to shared space comes from different cooperator,therefore, the following two problems will me inevitablly occur in CSCW: 1)the latest operation may not be the operation to be recovered.2)once the correct operation is chosen to be recovered,the object location should be oriented newly due to the effects of other user's activity on shared space.So there is more difficult to implement operation recovery.According to the analysis of group characteristics of operation and how to enhance the efficiency of operation recovery,a mechanism of operation recovery based on multi-channels is provided.lt is proved that the method not only simplifies the implementation difficulty,but also enhances its practicability.
