摘要
三像草(Miscanthus sp.)是本课题组新发现的能源作物新品种,具有产量高、含糖的特点。为了奠定三像草汁的开发利用理论基础,利用高效液相色谱-蒸发光检测法建立了同时测定三像草汁中果糖、葡萄糖和蔗糖含量的方法,该方法具有简便、准确、重现性好的优点。利用该方法测定了草汁中糖的组成和含量。结果显示三像草汁中主要含果糖、葡萄糖和蔗糖,其含量分别是1.53%、1.78%和0.58%(m/v)。
Sanxiang Grass(Miscanthus sp.) is a new species of energy crops we have found. It has the particularity of high biological production and sugar contained. For the development and utilization of the plant,the sugar components and concentrations in the juice of the plant were determined by high performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detector (HPLC- ELSD). The HPLC- ELSD method, with the virtue of high accuracy, simple operation and reproducibility ,for simultaneously determining the concentration of fructose,glucose and sucrose in Sanxiang Grass was established. The results showed fructose,glucose and sucrose were contained in the juice,with the concentration of 1.53%, 1.78% and 0.58%(m/v) respectively.
