产甘露醇菌株的育种研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 甘露醇又称D-甘露糖醇,其作为一种功能性糖醇被广泛应用于医药、食品行业中。同时也应用于涂料、纺织和日化工业等方面。近几年,微生物发酵法成为制备甘露醇的研究热点。利用微生物发酵法制备甘露醇需要有适宜的菌株,本文从自然选育,诱变育种以及基因工程改造菌株三个方面对制备产甘露醇的菌株育种研究进行了综述,并对其前景进行了展望。 Mannitol(D-mannitol) is used commercially in pharmaceutical products and in the food industry as a functional sugar alcohol. In the same time,mannitol also used in paints,textiles and daily chemical industry and so on. In recent years,microbial mannitol manufacturing methods have been actively investigated. Suitable strains should be used in the microbial fermentation processes. In this paper,the strains of the production of mannitol were summarized from natural selection,mutation breeding and genetically engineered.
