摘要
用溶胶凝胶法制备不同浓度(0.04、0.06、0.08、0.10 g.mL-1)聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)作用下的YVO4:Eu3+发光薄膜.采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅立叶变换-红外光谱(FT-IR),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及荧光分光光度计,对薄膜结构、形貌和发光性质进行了表征.结果表明:浓度从0.04 g.mL-1增加到0.06 g.mL-1时,颗粒之间的间距变小,样品致密,样品的发光强度增强;当浓度进一步增加(从0.08 g.mL-1到0.10 g.mL-1)时,颗粒聚集形成团簇,样品的发射强度减弱.
YVO4: Eu3+ luminescent films concentrations (0.04, 0. 06, 0. 08, 0. 10g · mL-1 with different polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG6000) -1) precursors were synthesized by sol-gel method. The structures and spectral properties of samples were studied with X-ray diffraction( XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results showed that when the concentration of PEG6000 changed from 0.04 g·mL-1 to 0.06 g·mL-1 , the grain spacing was decreased, the films became compact, as well as the luminous intensity was enhanced. When the concentration of PEG6000 was further increased ( from 0.08 g·mL-1 to 0.10 g·mL-1 ), the grains gather together and form clusters, thus resulting in the decrease of the luminous intensity.
