慢性氟中毒大鼠睾丸和前列腺的超微结构观察 被引量:12

摘要 用喂饮含100ppm氟离子水的方法制造了雄性大鼠慢性氟中毒模型。常规方法制作睾丸和前列腺超薄切片,透射电镜下观察结果如下:1.睾丸的间质细胞表面微绒毛减少,线粒体有不同程度的减少和损伤,滑面内质网扩张呈空泡状。曲细精管内,部分支持细胞的溶酶体增多、线粒体呈多形性变化,滑面内质网扩张和空泡化,胞质内有大脂滴沉积。精原细胞改变不明显,精子细胞损伤明显,精子生成受阻。2.前列腺的上皮细胞和间质组织有不同程度损伤。研究结果提示:慢性氟中毒时睾丸间质细胞受损,精子生成受阻,这为血清睾酮水平下降和可能引起生殖功能低下提供了形态学依据。 Animal model of chronic fluorosis was developed with drinking water con-taining high fluoride in male rat. Ultrathin sections of testes and prostate glandwere observed under transmission electron microscope. The results were as follows:in the interstitial cell. microvilli on the surface of the cell decreased. Decreaseor impairment of mitochondria to various extent and distention of the smoothendoplasmic reticulum in cytoplasma were observed. Increase of lysosome, themultiform changes of mitochondria, distention and vesiculization of smoothendoplasmic reticulum and deposition of large lipid droplets appeared in someof sertoli cells of seminiferous tubule. Significant change did not appare in spermo-togonium but appeared in spermatid. Spermiogenesis was blocked. There were impair-ment in the epithelium and interstitial tissue to some extend. The results inthis experiment suggest that: interstitial cell of testes could be damaged andspermiogenesis could be blocked. These might supply a morphologic basis fordecrease in serum testosterone level and impairment of reproduction during chronicfluorosis.
