超声产前诊断胎儿半侧巨脑一例并文献复习

摘要
半侧巨脑是一侧大脑半球的全部或部分错构瘤样过度增生，以神经运动发育迟滞、偏瘫、偏盲及顽固性癫痫为特征，与结节性硬化、局部皮质发育异常同属于神经元、胶质细胞异常增生性畸形，是一种罕见的畸形，其患病率占脑皮质发育异常疾病的1％-14％^[1]。1835年由Simst^[2]命名。
