摘要
目的:探讨影响高血压脑出血手术疗效的影响因素。方法:对我院2008年6月～2011年6月116例行微创手术治疗的高血压脑出血患者进行随访,并进行回顾性总结与分析。根据日常生活活动能力(activity of daily living,ADL)分级法,分为预后良好组和预后不良组,比较其影响因素的差异。结果:二组间出血量、出血部位、出血速度、患者年龄、手术方式、手术时机、术后感染等多种因素在二组间有差异,P<0.05。结论:高血压脑出血患者的手术疗效是多种因素相互作用的结果,根据具体情况,有针对性的处理能提高手术疗效。
Objective： To investigate the effects factor of surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hem orrhage. Methods ： from June 2008 to June 2011 116 routine minimally invasive surgical treatment of hyperten sive intracerebral hemorrhage were followed up and analyzed. According to ADL （activity of daily living, ADL） elassifieation scheme is divided into good prognosis and poor prognosis group, eompared to the differ ence between influeneing factors. Results： The amount of bleeding between two groups, bleeding site, bleed ing rate, patient＇a age, surgical approach, surgieal time, postoperative infection and other factors is different between the two groups, P 〈 0.05. Coficlusion： Patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage surgery is the result of the interaction of various faetors, according to the specific circumstances, targeted processing can improve the surgery.
