摘要
探讨格栅反吸式圆笼除尘器的设计和应用效果。分析了复合式圆笼除尘器存在的不足之处,介绍了格栅反吸式圆笼除尘器的格栅式圆笼结构、气囊式密封圈设计和滤架风帽,并对比了改进前后的效果。结果表明:改进后使用半年耗电约6.5×104kW.h,电费约4万元。认为:改进后的除尘器能耗显著降低,其可靠性和稳定性较好,减少了企业运行成本。
Design and application effect of grid anti-suction round collector were discussed. Shortcomings of compound round collector were analyzed. Structure of grid round collector, airbag sealed ring and filter hood were introduced,the effects before and after the modification were contrasted. The result shows that after the modification half a year,electricity consumption is about 6.5~104 kW h ,that is RMB 40 000 yuan. It is considered that after the modification, energy consumption of the collector can be reduced obviously, the reliability and stability are better, corporate operating costs can be reduced.
