PAT蓄痰集检法对肺癌诊断的研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文采用自制的PAT蓄痰液,对210例怀疑肺癌病人进行检诊,其中108例为原发性肺癌,经本法检诊率为84.25%,比对照组一般涂片法64.81%,检诊率高13.5%~19.44%,早期肺癌检出率为1.85%。本法简便,适于普查,可溶解粘液,易检异型细胞。蓄痰液保鲜性良好,可邮寄,且价格低廉,可推广使用,是肺癌早期诊断的一种有效方法。 Applied with a newly developed PAT fixative solution, total 210 cases ofchest disease patients in thoratic department were screened and the results wascontrasted with general sputum smear methed. Among 210 cases of patients, 108 cases were confirmed as pulmonary cancerthrough thoractomy, 91 out of 108 cases of pulmonary cancer (84.2%) were detected out with PAT method.Meanwhile 70 out of 108 of lung cancer(64.8%)were detected by smear method. The total positive rate in 88.0% (95/108)applied with both methods. It is 13. 5%~19.4% higher than that of previousreports. The detectable rate of early carcinoma is 2 /108 (1.85%). The advantages of this methed are: simple to prepare, highly safe, gooddissolution of mucus, cells are distributed uniformly on the slide and preservedgood stainability.The cytologic picture is clear and it is easy to identify atypicalcells. The PAT solution preserves good freshment of cells. The specimen can bedelivered by mail and it is convenient for long term follow-up servey.The PTAis low-cost and economical for nass screening extended.
