摘要
由于印染污泥、市政污泥、河涌污泥等均含有一定热值,既是制砖原料,也是燃料,经"泥水一体化"脱水工艺将水分脱至55%左右,按比例加入页岩、炉渣等,充分练泥混合、采用高挤出压力、高真空度和低成型含水率的双级真空硬塑挤出机制出砖坯,烘干处理、烧制后制成市政用砖。
