摘要
本文讨论了网络的远程教学的技术背景以及所需的技术资源，同时也讨论了进行网络的远程教学时在教学上应加以注意的方面。就远程教学所涉及的技术因素，人员因素及教学设计方法等问题进行了探讨。
This paper introduces the technical background and requirements of remote education on internet. It further discusses some issues encountered in real remote education. The technical, personnel and teaching dimensions of remote education are also covered.
