基于PWM变频器的电动机端过电压研究

摘要 研究了PWM变频器通过长电缆驱动电动机时的电动机端过电压问题。理论分析表明,由于电缆分布参数的影响,电动机端会出现电压反射现象,从而造成电动机端过电压,导致线圈绝缘失效。提出了一种变频器输出端的无源滤波器,通过控制变频器输出电压脉冲的上升时间达到抑制电动机端过电压的目的,并采用11kw的电梯系统验证了该滤波器的有效性及可行性。 Over-voltage at motor terminals when PWM inverter-fed AC motor with long cables is investigated Theary analysiss suggests that as pararmeters of cable distribution.motorterminalover-voltage.causing coil insulation effectiveness.This Paper have come up with a inverter output passive filter,by controlling theinverter output voltage pulse rise time to achieve suppression of over-voltage atthe motor side.1lkW elevator systemisused to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the filter.
