摘要
将图书馆学科知识服务置于认知心理学研究视角中,揭示学科馆员产生认知偏差的诱因。进而,阐释用户需求分析阶段、信息资源采集选择阶段、知识信息分析创新阶段以及服务反馈阶段中常见的认知偏差表现及影响。最后,从激励支持策略、认知改进策略、技术支持策略三面提出克服认知偏差的对策。
The paper puts library subject knowledge service in the perspective of cognitive psychology, and reveals the cause of cognitive biases of subject librarians. Furthermore, it discusses the characterizations and effects of cognitive biases during the phases which 's needs analysis, information choice, analysis and evaluation. Finally, some countermeasures such as incentives, improvements, technical supports are proposed in order to correct the cognitive biases.
