指出造成当今我国外来务工人员信息获得不平等的主要原因,从外来务工人员信息获得权平等的内涵、必要性、解决途径等方面对这一问题进行较为系统的探讨,提出保障平等要从制度、平等保护、平等救济三种渠道着手;最后给出外来务工人员的信息服务对策。

In China, the main elements that etfect the migrant workers＇ obtaining information are migrant worker＇ s knowledge, ability of obtaining information, system environment, the government and its attached importance of the library service, responsibility, funding and the privilege of the library. The Author makes a systematic study from the right of migrant workers＇ equal access to information, necessity, solutions and so on, and proposes that the ensuring of equality should be executed through system, equality protection and equality assistance.
